He points out that what prompted him to enroll in this training offer was the need to expand his knowledge in digital transformations, a job demand that has grown with the pandemic: “I understood that I did not have that certificate that would allow me to accredit training.” He accessed the FULP through its career guidance service, made up of professionals “who help you build your work identity.” As a result of that contact, he began to take the Innovation Management course, in its three training phases of promoter, manager and digital consultant, from which point he can apply for an internship in the different companies registered in the program.
It is a training of about four months to finish the three levels. From there, Sánchez Horvath did his first internship in a fast food restaurant, where he carried out a business digitalization project. Juanatey points out that the “very good” ratings given by customers have tripled compared to previous years. Telephone service is valued by 86% of users, while web service has a slightly lower rating, which is why the company has renewed the application, which is now one of the most used services due to the pandemic. Juanatey highlights that the most common requests from clients are the request for information, the request to read the meter, the payment of invoices, notifications of incidents, especially by telephone, and registrations and cancellations, as well as changes of ownership in the offices, because the presentation of documentation is required.
